Solyndra & Barack Obama … Politics Dominated Obama Energy Programs Not Job Creation - By the Scared Monkeys Blog

America, how’s that “Hopey, Changey” green jobs working out for you?

Obama’s partisan politics as the MSM covers up a damning story under the cloak of Christmas. As you were celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, opening presents, spending time with family … the Washington Post put out a story regarding Barack Obama, Solyndra and Obama’s energy program that was nothing more than politics. This brought to you from the President who promised every one “Hope & Change”. Obama promised America change, he gave us more of the same. Obama promised jobs and he gave us partisans politics. Solyndra was billed by Obama as the “shining green company on the hill” … it was nothing more than politics.

There was only so much that government could do, the true engine of economic growth will always be companies like Solydra

“It’s not about the people; it’s politics,” said Sterio, who remains jobless and at risk of losing her home. “We all feel betrayed.”

Since the failure of the company, Obama’s entire $80 billion clean- technology program has begun to look like a political liability for an administration about to enter a bruising reelection campaign.

Meant to create jobs and cut reliance on foreign oil, Obama’s green-technology program was infused with politics at every level, The Washington Post found in an analysis of thousands of memos, company records and internal e-mails. Political considerations were raised repeatedly by company investors, Energy Department bureaucrats and White House officials.

The records, some previously unreported, show that when warned that financial disaster might lie ahead, the administration remained steadfast in its support for Solyndra.

The documents reviewed by The Post, which began examining the clean-technology program a year ago, provide a detailed look inside the day-to-day workings of the upper levels of the Obama administration. They also give an unprecedented glimpse into high-level maneuvering by politically connected clean-technology investors.

They show that as Solyndra tottered, officials discussed the political fallout from its troubles, the “optics” in Washington and the impact that the company’s failure could have on the president’s prospects for a second term. Rarely, if ever, was there discussion of the impact that Solyndra’s collapse would have on laid-off workers or on the development of clean-energy technology.

BIG JOURNALISM reminds us of the liberal MSM bias and how they try to manipulate the narative of stories. So often the MSM bias is so obvious, we do not even pose the question anymore. What’s the point, we know they are bias, so why ask? It is like posing the question, is water wet? However, there are still some media outlets like the “Washington Post still like to pretend it’s a serious, objective, and responsible news outlet — which is why we got this dropped on us on Christmas Day.”

Something to understand about how bias works in the corrupt mainstream media is that it has less to do with what Obama’s Media Palace Guards cover than what you might think. Frequently, bias can be found in what isn‘t covered, but more often than not, bias comes from The Narrative. In order to destroy or build up something or someone, The News Narrative is used to drive and define whatever the MSM wants to drive and define.

$535 million tax payer dollars down the tubes as President Barack Obama played politics with green energy. America cannot afford to have another 4 years of Obama. As it is, how long will it take to undo the Obama years?
